Hojicha Pudding
Ingredients (5 Puddings) Hojicha Powder 2 tbsp(8 g) / Milk 300 mL / Sugar 35 g / Powdered gelatin 5 g
How to make 1:Pour water over gelatin to soften it. 2:Heat the milk and dissolve the sugar, then add the hojicha powder and mix. 3:Turn off heat and add gelatin to dissolve. Strain through a colander and dissolve the hojicha powder grains well. 4:Pour into a cup, let cool, then put in the refrigerator to harden and ready.

Hojicha Pound Cake
Ingredients (1 pound cake mold) Hojicha Powder 3 tsp(6 g) / Eggs 2 Pancake Mix 100 g / Sugar 50 g / Milk 30 mL / Melted Butter 50 g
How to make 1:Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). 2:In a bowl, mix all ingredients except the pancake mix and hojicha powder until well combined. 3:Add the pancake mix and hojicha powder, then mix gently until smooth. 4:Pour the batter into a mold and tap lightly to remove air bubbles. 5:Bake at 180°C for 30–35 minutes, or until cooked through

IIngredients (1 servings) IHojicha Powder 1 tbsp(4 g) / Boiling Water 50 mL / Sugar 35 g / Milk 150 mL / Sugar 8g
How to make 1:Warm up milk in a microwave and whip with a mixer for at least 20 seconds. 2:Put hojicha powder, sugar and boiling water in a tea cup and mix well with a spoon. 3:Pour 1 slowly into 2 and ready.
